I ordered this app as I needed a UK number for work. I paid R179.99 for 200 credits when I tried to call a UK number I got a message “Inefficient credits” I then had to purchase a further 500 credits at R279.99 to make the call. I hardly spoke for 40 seconds when I was left with 125 credits. I reached out to support who was not very helpful at all with their response. See below… Support- “ Hi, The number you are trying to call costs much more expensive than numbers in the UK usually do. Probably it is a toll phone number or something like this. That is why you see the error about insufficient credits on your balance. If you still want to call that number, you have to top up your balance first. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.” I can make a call to The UK from South Africa with R50 for a good 5 minutes. Yet I paid R450 for a 40 second call with this app. I’ll be reaching out to Apple to take this further. Stay away from this app!

I don’t understand why someone would build an app, make it popular, and then not care if customers have issues. I’ve spent a lot of money on this app. I recently tried to renew, and after paying, my number isn’t receiving anything. I’ve messaged several times, but no replies. I’ve used the number for many important things, hoping I would continue using it for years.

I bought credits from this app in order to be able to speak to my friend internationally without getting a SIM card and being in the us and my calls from them never go through. When I look back at the app I always have missed calls that I never get notified and I sent an email out to the support email on the app and they never responded back to me.
