Total waste of money: does not work at all and no refund
Unfortunately this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I have subscribed to a Second Line that did not work as expected, notably I was not able to receive confirmation code which was the whole reason for subscription. I was then told that I need to make another purchase to be able to receive confirmation codes which I did and it did not work either. I have asked for a refund and has been referred to Apple where my request has been denied. Customer support has been unresponsive and did not provide any solutions.
App won’t work
Back in January bought a year long subscription. On iPhone so needed to transfer my previous google account over - needed some help from support but all good, everything fine and app worked perfectly, towards end of Feb App reset itself as though I didn’t have an account, contacted support who after investigating said I needed to fill in a form for the carrier and be a couple of days. It’s now end of April and never heard from the carrier, App doesn’t recognise I have an account so can’t use it, have requested a refund but had no response from Support at all on this request. I’m disappointed as the app works fine and really useful for me but it doesn’t work now and feel I’ve wasted my money, certainly lost most of Feb, March and April from my subscription so currently can’t recommend the app from perspective
Rubbish and lack of support
This is a scam app, lost £9.99 subs and tried to call and calls only last 34 seconds , tried help but no luck .. useless!!!
No able to use at all
I got the subscription as I expected to use it in future. After 10 months I had to call US via this but was unable to log in to the app. The verification code was not coming to my number. The support team responded by saying “this is not our problem, you can try checking with your network provider”. No help whatsoever. £100 down the drain.

Can not see if texts have been read
Am a bit disappointed that I can’t see if my message has been read and also the receiver needs to accept the message ! Not really worth the money in my opinion
