Hello, I can’t access my app, I have tried tons of passwords and nothing is working???

The features of this app are quite minimal compare to some other options, however, the most annoying part is that even the features provided do not work properly. Wifi download doesn’t work at all, usb import is very laggy and unreliable, and browsing your images can be quite a hustle when you have many of them (and you can’t even swipe to close). Overall, feels like an immature release.

I have forgotten my password, there is no option to reset it and I have very important files in there, I need them for a court hearing coming up. Please help me get back into it.

uploaded hundreds of photos to save storage space on iphone. the app asked me if i would like to delete uploaded photos from camera roll and i selected yes without the knowledge of having to pay to keep my photos in the app after 10 days. disappointed.
