This is a great app when the video decrypted/downloader works. Please update the app to fix the video download capability!

I love this app. I just wish it was easier to transfer images and videos from my iPhone to my IPad. Other than that it’s a great app.

Was a great product but the last update broke the browser downloader. Tried support but it seems to fall on deaf ears now. The rest of the app seems to work, but with updates breaking things and no support I give it a 2 at the most, but it can go back to 5 when the browser is fixed.

Nice place to secure passwords. I wish you would offer the capability of putting company names in alphabetical order, though. Please consider. Thanks.

This app is great but could use 1 improvement. Upload the photos in the order you select them in the camera roll. It would be way more convenient to not have to reorder the photos once you’ve imported them

All of My photos have been deleted suddenly after years of having them..

This app deleted several very important photos and documents. Do NOT rely in it for anything important!

Been using the app for years, but I guess it’s time to drop it. The browser is no longer able to verify that you’re human. You never realize how often those Cloudfare check boxes pop up until you’re using a browser that can’t get past them. It makes using the web through this app almost impossible.
