did not received any sms code. Already tried many times

Just placed an order for cake pick up via the app. There’s no order history or email confirmation upon successful payment. No where to keep track of the order. Definitely need improvement on the app.

The apps is hard to use as the promo/ads was hard to close because the close button was placed too high (upper corner right)

A few weeks ago Muadzam shah still in the app why suddenly when I’m frying to order on the app Muadzam shah location is not in the locations to pick up

Your outlet cancelled my order, no update through email or anything and i didnt get any refund? Ive contact through email and others social media still no respond 🙄

Not worth any stars. Not compatible with ios, blank screen, easily logout from the apps. Promoting user to order via online, but the functions mostly are not ready to be used. Waste of time and effort. Huh.

Useless app....Cheating with vouchers and promo codes. Adding unnecessary taxes upon using the promo codes which makes the promo unworthy. likewise, we have to pay the normal price. Rather than that SR can just shut their mouth up and not give any voucher and cheat their customers.

There’s no purchase hisyoray/detail that e can refer too (especially since we hv successfully made the payment). And also there wasn’t any email received on the successful payment receipt + order details. LUCKILY i screenshot my sucessful purchase & order details/number page before it goes off - and non-tracable. This is not good as how will we know our paid order status. pls improve this ASAP. you’ll need My Order page with all the purchase details & history plus receipt (with all the paid tax amount) on successful payment & successful order (with full order details).

Lot of rewards, options to redeem points and even game to play when bored.
