I lost my debit card and called the credit union to cancel. The lady was so pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her. She was very helpful.

The SECU mobile app is incredibly useful for keeping track of our spending, making it much easier to manage our available funds.

The SECU had helped me an tremendous amount the past few years. They helped me build some credit. By giving me a small loan. I’m now 3 loans later and still there doing me good. Good rates. And the customer service is just exceptional. I couldn’t brag enough about SECU. Highly recommend.

The ease of use is great. I really feel secure and protected. One improvement you all can make is to allow the customer to set up auto transfers, from one account to another.
