Keep being logged out
I kept being logged out of the app despite having the “remember me” enabled. If I’m meant to use the app to arm, disarm and use for panic, it’s not going to be effective if I’m constantly logged out

Monitor and control your alarm system from anywhere in the world when using a SecureGuard alarm panel or a Guardian communicator with selected third-party alarm panels.
The SecureGuard app allows you to be in control and aware of whatever is happening at your home or business even when you’re not there.
With the SecureGuard app, you are easily able to:
- Arm, disarm or stay arm different areas of your home as set up by the technician
- Receive alerts when the alarm is triggered and know where on your property the intrusion occurred
- Check whether your alarm system is armed or not
- Open or close your gate or garage door and switch your lights, sprinklers and pool pump on or off
- See if there is AC power or not at your place
- Identify the different areas or partitions of your home by uploading photos and customising area and zone names
- Access a history of events via the event log
- Bypass specific zones, when in use, to prevent triggering an alarm
PLEASE NOTE:
To access the above features and more you have to be using a SecureGuard alarm panel or a Guardian communicator which is connected via the serial port to one of these third-party panels:
- IDS X-Series & IDS805
- Texecom Premier 412, 816 & 832
- Paradox MG & SP series
- DSC PowerSeries and PowerSeries Neo
- Risco LightSYS 2
- Orisec ZP-10, 20, 40, & 100
- Hikvision AX Pro

Slow AF
Everything on the app is slow. From setting the alarm, disconnecting the alarm, opening the app. Always give some sort of error. Not worth it
Great when it works
It takes way too long for the Home Screen to update. I sometimes have to close the 5 times before the status screen refreshes and allows me to arm/disarm my alarm. This app is merely I nice to have, not something you can depend on. There is a refresh option on the events screen, it would make sense to have a manual refresh button on the Home Screen too
Slow and Unresponsive
When arming or bypassing areas it takes sometimes more than 10 minutes and a fee app restarts to work. Very poor app and no support from ADT available to fix this.
Does not update
This app does not update sometimes it takes a day before it goes “live” updated now How can this be fixed?
Poor performance
This App is bad, doesn’t connect, when it does it is slow to respond, often with server errors
Pathetic!!
Interface is slow to respond when you need it to be quick. Just plain horrible considering you need to access it quickly. This type of service needs to be perfect. Try again ADT!!!
Disappointing
Very slow, non responsive. ADT doesn’t respond to feedback about their app or service. A real waste of time and space on your phone.
