Downloaded the app but all my accounts don’t show up and can’t add the other accounts.
Several times im trying to register but it doesnt work can someone help me
We have been waiting for the OTP. It’s been a month and I kept registering to this new app but it’s not even working. Never received an OTP not once.
I cant login or register my account on the new app. Its been months since i am trying to login or create but it always says not eligible,how is that possible i can still login on the old app. Terrible. Been reporting it a lot of times but no action was done. 🤷♀️
The country code for USA icon +1 always default to Canada Country Code Icon which is also +1 that's why OTP can't be send for USA mobile number ? Please fix the bug!
Was able to sign up my account then I was on the pin part and it gave me an error message that cannot set it up because I need to turn on my notifications. My notification was turned on but it still gives me that error. I tried again, same error. I tried the 3rd time and my OTP arrived after 5mins and still did not work. Seriously, if you cannot make something work, please do not put it out there. Im fine signing in online on a website than getting a mobile app that gets me so frustrated just to check my account. And yes, I have screenshots because I will send an email complaint to customer service. I don't have high hopes that it gets fixed anytime soon.
The previous version was more reliable: this version works less than half the time when trying to log in with a password or TouchID results in a daisy wheel that goes on forever. If SB insists on a new app then give depositors an option to keep on using the old app because “improvements” of new apps are no improvements at all and just inconvenience and piss off the client base *who keep the bank afloat*! This version deserves zero stars and the app developer and those responsible for approving this version should be sacked!
Does not work! Tried sending the OTP several times. All information correct but won’t send an OTP. Update: the link you sent in your response does not recognize any digits or characters under the Registered Mobile Number. It won’t let me submit any tickets. I spelled out my number, used digits, removed the plus sign, use both US and Philippine number but it still says: Please enter a valid value. The form is not complete and has not been submitted yet. There is 1 problem with your submission.
I cant register for almost 2 weeks now since the launch. Keep on saying doesnt match my info.
My username and password isnt accepted in the new app and asks me to re-register. I tried on the old app and website and my logins work. Too much of a hassle to use.
