Late provision of OTP and so fast to expire

The OTP sometimes comes late and sometimes it expires so fast that causes the access to deactivate. There should be an option to generate OTP from the mobile itself for convenience.

Transaction History is USELESS

there is no time of the day, transactions doesnt show the merchant name, location, city, POS number. What terminal. I need to know all info

Security bank locked me out of my account with no warning, left me without access for three weeks. Poor customer service.

Why cant i always access this app even though i already saved my credentials and made sure im logging in using correct information. KEEPS ON SAYING “INVALID LOGIN”!!!!!!!!!!! FIX YOUR APP!!!!

Face ID will not work after
