Horrible interface. Never again

App LUTEC crashes after uninstalling and reinstalling. After using it for One minute.

Very disappointed with newest software update. It’s now FORCING me to input a password. Since it’s on a private network I wasn’t using a password. I still believe the individual should have the choice, not being forced into it. I vote for going back.. give us the choice.

I bought the item on clearance so the price was excellent. The translation to English is a bit quirky and has a few misspelled words. Otherwise I am pleased except it never records to the SD card. I tested the SD card with my laptop and it is not the problem. Help fixing that would be appreciated.

Not receiving notifications for when the motion sensor trips. Needs new FireWire to support apple update and iPhone X’s please and thanks.

Light worked for about a month and then started going offline constantly. It stopped sending notifications and would record endless false alarms when it was online. I have reset and turned on and off repeatedly with no result. No response to emails or attempts to use web page. The device is currently offline.

Notifications are no longer being sent to my phone. Is there an update???? Ever sense the iPhone update has came out, it has not worked. You can do everything the app allows you, just don’t receive alerts. Can someone help.

These two people must be dumb, when first setting up its referring to your wifi password. This app actually works great you can watch live footage and record as well for night time. You can be in your room using app on phone and speak to anyone outside through the speaker it has on camera very convenient. I will review it again after using it for 30 days for the price it's well worth the money and no monthly payments like other security camera lights.

Just got this camera/light from Lowes, it's a great idea! but only when it works right! I set it up, and after few tries, I get connected, works great, but light itself does not react to motion and does not turn on as it's suppoed to. Once you close the all and reopen it, that's it, all connecton is lost, and now you have to re-add the camera again. Will wait for an update next 1-2 weeks, if nothing happens will take it back to Lowes, and put back the original LED moton light.

Can't even get the iPad app to work & cannot find a website to get support!! Every time I try to access the camera it says "enter your password", I don't have a password, & even if I did & forgot it, there is no way to reset it!! It's just ridiculous!! 😡😡 Wish I could give it zero stars!!😡😡
