This app is a great way for the residents of Folsom, California to report non-emergency issues in their community. Issues can be reported as soon as they are discovered. Residents can take photos of the issue and send them in with their report. They can also send in the exact location of the issue by using GPS capabilities of their device. Whether it is street repair, potholes or tree damage, use to notify the County and monitor the progress of the work!

They really fix things

Just about everything I submitted has been looked at or repaired, this app is easy to use and definitely helps Folsom stay In tip top shape

Not exactly stellar work

The city code enforcement closes cases routinely are lazy and won’t deal with homeless problems according even though they well funded. Routinely having to submit multiple reports about the same homeless camp with descriptions pics down to a 8 digit grid yet I still have to walk them to location.. what exactly is this app for then?

Impressed....so far

Have had most of my reports responded to and "fixed" quickly so far. Was pleased when an actual person from Folsom (Jenny) asked additional questions in order to correct a problem. It's a lot better than waiting for someone to answer a phone or answer a VM.

What’s the point

I’m not sure why they have this app when issues get closed without being fixed.
