I am having trouble in the new update. It’s not going through. Plus when I start the game it’s showing me as a new player when i am in stage 210.

Issue with Mosaic game & Guild event
The key to open Mosaic game did not appear even though I reached level 77. Also the Guild event did not show to me anymore.
