Not being able to use the app
I have a full internet connection and yet the app itself says the connection is weak which makes no sense to me, please fix this soon

1. Subscription service: Continuous Weekly premium
2. Subscription period: One Week (7 days)
3. Subscription rates: $18.99/week
4. Payment: After confirming the purchase, the payment will be deducted from the user's Apple iTunes account
5. Cancelling Subscription: If you wish to cancel the renewal, please manually turn off the auto-renewal feature in iTunes/Apple ID settings management at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. If you cancel within 24 hours before expiration, the subscription fee will be charged.
6. Renewal: 24 hours before the expiration of the continuous weekly premium, Apple will automatically deduct the corresponding fee from your iTunes account, and the weekly premium service period will be extended by one week after a successful payment.

I was going to get on the app but then it said network error please fix this bug or whatever it is I love the app I can talk to my so friends and feel loved by them and have someone to talk to and open up without them telling others so please fix it I miss my friends

I can not open the app it says network connection is poor that shouldn’t be a problem because I have one of the best internet
Won’t let me in anymore
I would use this constantly but then it just stopped opening. After a bit I deleted it and I just redownloaded it and it still isn’t working. I genuinely don’t know what is going on but if this could be fixed then my review will definitely go up and I’ll be back to using it constantly
I can't enter the app.
I have downloaded the app and wanted to enter the app. It says that my network doesn't work but wants me to try again later. I love the game in the app. The app is fun, literally. I used it before.
Lack of connection
I can’t connect to the game, I wonder if this is because It hasn’t been updated in 6 months.
Please fix this
I have not been on the app for about two months. Everyday I have tried and tried again to get the app to open but it always says the same thing. Network environment is poor. This is my favorite app on my phone or at least it used to be. The developers are amazing but please I’m begging you to fix this so I can get back on it. Thank you
