Seestar

Never had a problem with an update, with either of my SeeStars. The end results are excellent and the general learning curve is easy if you are willing to try, rather than fret ! I have never seen as good a bang for the buck as the SS, don't hesitate if the idea is in your mind to get one or like me two, lol !

I would like to get a landscape mode for iPad

Label is wrong, Ecliptic is the proper term, not equator. Haven’t had a chance to use this app yet, still waiting for the Seestar but noticed the wrong labelling. Will write another review once I have had a proper chance to use this app. So far fooling around with it, it looks decent.

Sortie depuis quelques semaines, elle a déjà eu des mises à jour comportant des améliorations notables, démontrant la volonté du développeur à tirer le maximum de ce petit télescope. I’m almost certain the original app worked in landscape mode on my iPad, that seems to no longer be the case.

I forced to write a not so great review because of how ZWO keeps pushing “must” updates which ends up bricking the Seestar scope many times . They push updates quite frequently and they seem to be making things worse than before. They are not adding anything the Seestar scope isn't getting any better ninjas no clue what they are doing and why.

Since the update, the app is unusable. When trying to do stargazing mode, the app asks for my location. I tap done. It asks again. It is impossible to get past this. Fix this!!

Cannot image or focus except in scenery mode. When press Stargazing as an example, get a message to update location. This is continuous. Can center and locate objects. But that is it.

Version 1.20 has a major flaw with iOS systems - do not install !!!!
