Visited 3x and showed my QR but never earned points.

points not coming in since I had my pedicure every month I noticed it since August my points are still the same til now

Walang pumasok na points since August 29, 2023. Ang sabi na encode na daw pero wala pa rin. 😔

The app is not working properly with iphone. It keeps saying invalid username and password though I had a password reset. I was forced to go to other brand waxing salon. That is a loss of customer on your part and loss in your business cause Im not the only one have this experience.

there’s no option to edit or delete a booking

this app can’t even log me in, i made 2 accounts and changed passwords already but it doesn’t do its job

Whenever I try to book from this app, the app just closes on me.
