Paid in full and it didn’t send
Paid in full and it didn’t send kind of a bummer, but went with the FAX from phone app in the list and within 5 min I had my fax sent and received. Unfortunate I lost money but happy other apps work

This is not a free app, they will let you use it until you actually try and send a fax then they charge you a ridiculous fee to subscribe. Edit: thanks for the catty response, dev
