It’s almost impossible to log in to check usage and pay bills.

Cannot even make payment. Spend more than 30mins in the app trying to pay the bill. The function isnt working. Waste of my time. Regret renewal contract with them

And the IT team already keep me waiting for more than 3 months !

There IS an option to pay from the app with a PAYNOW QR code or credit card. Clicking on either doesn’t work. PLEASE GET IT FIXED

They don’t deserve any star, but I have to give 1-star so that this review can be posted up. After log-in, everything on the tab are totally useless. Able to retrieve my profile but cannot save! Totally no data or Billings can be seen, all blank pages. Every month have to pay bill without getting to see my bill. How can a Service Provider roll out such poorly designed app? No phone nos to contact customer service, only a small chat box which is useless as there’s no reply for the last 72hrs. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SENOKO ENERGY, I REGRET N FELT AM BEING SCAMMED OR CHEATED.

Since last few days till now, I can’t clicked into customer support and smart rewards. I wanted to report but can’t even click customer support. I checked no updates in app. Not sure what’s wrong with it.

After updating version 1.4.8 a lot of functions are not working under the tab “More”. For example, when the “Setup Payment Method” was clicked, nothing happened as that function was not responding. In the previous version, this function was working well. Altogether, 5 functions from this page were not responding. Please look into it and make changes so that the functions in this page work well.

App is so laggy and takes forever to load. The back end developer and the scrum leader please do something right

Unable to make payment ! Hangs up on selecting payment type.

Updated app on 19 Jan, now referral rebate eligible and balance are showing $0, instead of whatever there is in my account. Online login can see the amount but not the app.
