It still tells the current temp and humidity but the logging feature is all but useless now for me. I don't constantly sync, and only want to see the last couple days or so, so if it's been a week or longer, it takes an absurd amount of time for it to sync. I don't need that data, but why should it take so long to sync anyway? Timestamp, temp and humidity. Even the full 100 days with worth at a record every ten minutes, even with 100 bytes for each record, that's less than a couple MBs. This should take only a few seconds on bluetooth.

I have a sensor blue hygrometer in a chamber. The thing will not report the right humidity. I have three other sensors all the same and this is WAY off. It is so off that it seemed that it couldn’t not possibly be right. I need a hygrometer that works. Only but this if you want an expensive piece of garbage to tell you completely different humidity levels. You might as well buy a 1 dollar piece of plastic and have it report the data to you. Just more useless garbage that I bought that doesn’t work.

The ipad version doesn’t display mold risk. My android version does for the same hygrometers. Wish they were ifttt or smart life compatible. That’s what I get. I guess for buy cheap devices.

I’m a fully certified electrical/electronic/ mechanical engineer so this absolute truthful evaluation! 1st, the device and the software applications as specified is fully functional. Meets all normal requirements for measuring and data logging of the specified temperature and humidity range (on batter power) as specified by the mfg! 2nd(A), the operational learning curve will require a little more dedicated time in order to FULLY understand and operate the device. (As evident in the previous reviews, this was not done properly by the users)! 2nd(B), however documentation as well as application layout screen need to -clearly- identify “button” areas that will activate recall of data logged information and historical capture features, both options are fully functional that is not evident on the application display screen. 3rd, the device is NOT electrical radiation protected! Mounting the device in proximity to high frequency electrical signals will interrupt Bluetooth communication with the device - however the device will continue to data log T and H information correctly and must be removed to down load data. Area's such as in computer cabinets, electrical panels, and near power out let’s, should be prohibited. 4th, battery operation (drain) excellent (still in operational testing) plus 4 months and counting. 5th, out the box calibration is sufficient and applicable! 6th Bluetooth range is at spec. 7th, durable in design and fabrication. Recommendations: -Identify button areas on application to display recorded (sync) data. -add optional holder enclosure other than magnets. Example rubber housing with attachment holes. Comments, initial purchases were two (2) units to test and verify. Now purchasing additional four (4) units to complete project. Status:POSITIVE RECOMMENDATIONS

The feedback button doesn’t work so I have to leave my feedback here. Notifications of humidity and temperature falling out of range only work if you open the app. This renders them somewhat useless. The app should be kept alive in the background or something else done to ensure that notifications are always sent.

Works reasonably well for a few sensors, but with three, you have to scroll to go from the first to the last. This is ridiculously slow (iPad air 2, so admittedly not super modern), most of the time just resulting in re-ordering the sensor windows in the list. It shows three significant digits in the reading (so two decimals at single-digit temperatures), which seems a lot when the thermometer promises 0.5°C accuracy. “Calibration” seems to just be a fixed offset, so not really a calibration, but may be better than nothing if it is used predominantly in a narrow temperature range. I’ve seen it display -1000°C when connectivity to the sensor seemed poor, maybe that’s a defect in the sensor or communication protocol. Refreshing that you don’t need to give up personal information to use it, kudos (and an extra star) for that.

I leave the app open 24/7. It always stops updating- it shows old data on the main screen, and reopening shows new data. This almost destroyed all of my products. Please prioritize this urgent fix over secondary data reporting features. I don’t want to have to analyze the thermometer Bluetooth and write my own app just to have a working product. I like many things about this app besides this issue though. edit: 2021-01-09 ok the update bug hasn’t happened in 5days. Can you give us a last-updated-at timestamp option for each sensor so we know if it’s up-to-date or not, thank you, great app.

I have tried many of these thermometers and this one is the best for greenhouse temperature and humidity monitoring! The app is easy to use and the humidity accuracy at high levels is far above the cheaper units out there.

It is simple to use and works well. Being able to trend the temperature and humidity of an area and view it right from your phone, for under $30. This is a good product.
