Turned in medicine receipts and didn’t approve. Not easy to use

Easy Claim Reimbursement

It is very easy to file a claim through the app. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim through the app because they cut off my card, because they wanted a specific letter. This is cause me to spend $100 out-of-pocket that I could’ve used via my card. Blocking is a policy worth revisiting? It’s not helpful to the patient, especially when co-pays and medication‘s are so high, and someone may not have the funds for medication if it wasn’t for their FSA/HSA card

Fast Service and Straightforward

The app works well and is intuitive and customer service is helpful, so I have no issues using the product.

App is lousy, not at all user friendly, very cumbersome to use. Have to create new password every time- ugh

Worst customer service ever

This company has given me the run around all year on basic reimbursements and the requirements change all the time. App is frustrating. Trying to get a straight and simple answer from them is like pulling teeth
