Initially it worked even though I always initially get an error. Now I sign in through Apple sign-in and nothing happens. Tried to uninstall and reinstall app to no avail. In addition there is no apparent way to cancel. What happens when a train doesn’t show up and I want to cancel?

For a time I thought this app was great but now it doesn’t work when I try to login with my AppleID. It takes my fingerprint and all seems good, but returns me to the login screen.

Unable to use app this week using Apple login so am parking on the street. More financial loss for Septa

Literally just stopped letting me sign in w Apple ID. I reached out to customer service and they were no help.

This app is terrible. It won’t log me in when set up through Apple. Nobody to answer a call at SEPTA to get the issue resolved. A total waste of time and money. If I could rate this app in the negatives I would.

Barely runs…providing you can actually log in.

Unfortunately the login is a bit of a coin toss… it logs you out after each use and it may or may not, let you log back in. Tried to redownload and it still inconsistent

Apple logon has stopped working recently. App was working great and now cannot use at all. Previous review: I have used for 2 weeks, and it has worked perfectly. Some things that would make it better would be saving a favorite location, etc.

So many comments here by people who have been locked out. I’m adding one more.

I use Apple federated logins for this app and intermittently it will refuse to login. Even removing and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Eventually it lets you in, but normally hours later. Has already cost me a ticket and I'm sure it's going to cost me another in the future.
