I’ve purchased a yearly subscription one day and the other day, the app doesnt recognize my subscription. I can no longer acces the app, it shows me a message that I don’t have any subscription, still the payment method worked so 40€ vanished out of my account, apparently for nothing. I’ve tried to contact the owner of this app, I’ve sent them an email but I didn’t recieve any response.
Need refund want to cancel can’t find a way to contact or get help. Update app responded with instructions to request refund

Be careful with this one. I agreed to a trial for one dollar. The next day my card was charged 3999. Now I have to go through a dispute with my bank in order to get the money reversed. Just beware.
Spent 30 dollars only got a chat with repeating my birthday date back to me? Then ask me to put more money. Don’t get tricked
There’s typos and inaccuracy all through this. Not worth it don’t bother.
The daily read only worked for about a week and then it started giving me an error message, “Oops please check your internet connection and try again”. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection since I get various astrology readings from other apps. I even deleted the app and downloaded it again with the same error message.

It forces you to pay a “one time fee” that it repeatedly takes every so often. This app is a scam!!! Don’t use it.
