I’m a big fan!
I am now well into the meditations, having completed 30 sessions and I still love the app. I have tried other meditations and mindfulness apps before and despite my best intentions, I found it difficult to keep going. I like the variation in the mediations and the length suits me. Sometimes I do a second or third during the day and have started using some of the sleep ones at night. And I really like the narrator’s voice!
