The cost is $5.99 a month or $17.49 for 6 months (or equivalent local currency). Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto renew at any time by going to your iTunes Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchases a subscription.

App veramente utile per quei momenti della vita dove lo stress fa da padrone, ti guida e aiuta a scoprire la meditazione passando giorno per giorno dalle lezioni basi a quelle avanzate con varie tecniche, caldamente consigliata ;)

PIACEVOLE E BEN STRUTTURATA
È piacevole che la versione gratuita offre la possibilità di ascoltare tutto il corso base, per poter approcciare quantomeno ai principi della meditazione. L'app è fatta molto bene e organizzata con una struttura ben chiara.
