Dear Developers, please fix this issue as soon as possible as on new ios update your app is not loading properly and I can’t see how much money I have in your account

It was a very good app. i started using since 2020 but now from last Jan, I got a message to update the App and after being updated when I login with my details. It does not support and shows unsuccessful please reset pin bla bla bla In the screen. I changed the pin via Web link but again it does not work still same screen. I had contacted the team with phone call and but also nothing was remedy till now. I work now at overseas and very difficult to get in touch with the team.

Once I had the App up and running it was so easy to use. Even calling an advisor was so pleasant and knowledgeable.

I really struggled to login in the app to my own account and need to call several times than more also it haven’t solved yet, I don’t know what’s the problem with this app system first time it makes alot easier to take loan and look all my a/c from there but now it’s pain in the ashh…😞😞

Recent change with this organisation and the introduction of this app have been brilliant. It is super easy now to view your balance and withdraw cash. One thing that would be good however would be if there was facility on the Home Screen to view that final repayment date of your personal loan 🤷🏻‍♂️
