Profile Still not Validated….Why the long wait?
I’ve downloaded the app. Created an account. I’ve put in all required information and I’ve uploaded supporting documents. Still my account has not been validated. I’ve reached out to SDP for questions about when my service dog can be tested and they replied they don’t have testing set up yet. Why waste time with an app when it useless without SDP testing program is fully established.
