Pick up was the only thing that was fine - on time. Everything after, updates you might or might not get. No update at all on delivery. Sent a quote with an inflated amount and things that needed to be fixed weren’t fixed. Took a week to get an update and finally when said they would deliver by email, didn’t stick to that commitment as well. Even tried to share specific pics of things they ruined when they delivered the car, resent it to their workshop, was guaranteed it would be fixed, told an extra QC was done but got the car with all the same issues exactly as is and worse. Absolutely the worst experience. If u want to get rid of ur car; then try this

Why you set up phone number if you don’t see the OTP at all by msgs and no option for email OTP!!!!! Just waste of time in emergency situations

I was tired of the bad service and lack of professionalism of garages in Dubai when I decided to try an App. It should be better right? Well, not really. They took my car, were late to provide a diagnostic, the communication was horrible and always late, and (the crown jewel!) after a week they said they couldn’t fix it. They charged me AED 357 to bring the car back and, when it arrives, broken side light, check engine light on the panel (it wasn’t there when they took it) and a fault wring engine as the car could barely move. If you are reading until here, I would encourage you to keep on searching. I have asked for a reimbursement and that they fixed the issues. No response so far. Not surprised.

I had a very bad experience with the service No feedback and no explanation on the report. No follow-up or updates on car status. Very pricey quotation compared to the market. From the discussion with the customer service, they seems don’t care to understand my issue.

Unsatisfied service and behavior

It is difficult to contact service advisor and pathetic communication gaps. My requests were not addressed properly and it is impossible to contact customer support and convey this message.

I’ve used this company 3 times and unfortunately it has progressively gotten worse. They do not return your car in a time fashion, in my case 8 days later and still have not received my car. They give extortionate quotes for car repairs. Definitely do not recommend. Customer services unprofessional and lies. Do not recommend
