I was filling up the review of infringement notice and it asked to verify the email , I never got the email. I tried few times and every try comes with a message, you have reached limit and this kept on repeating on my relogons

This is a good and easy to use app. I like how it connects me to many services and never seems to fall over.

So much better than battling to the service Centre. Easy to use and understand. Quick.

Excellent service on line, could have downgrade licence type also would be great. Easy on line system.

I have tried several times to change my password as instructed by the app. It has not been updated and so I still can’t log in.

You keep saying it …… and saying it …… and saying it …… For years and years I’ve heard eventually more licences will be added to yr app. In fact almost Ten Long frustrating years ago I first heard “Yes we will add licences like Security industry and safe work high risk licences such as forklifts and machinery. Ten years later …… STILL nothing !!!!! The people who develop this app are as slow as our politicians

The message. The error occurred, which will affect some services continuously pops up. You are sending me notifications and I should be able to read them.

Added my fishing license and it has an error and won’t show up. Can’t delete it off the app so I’m stuck with the error and no fishing licence. Hopeless system.

The information that this app has is just plain wrong. It shows my old drivers licence which has already expired AND was replaced with a new card over a year ago. My card was replaced due to a security issue. So new card number etc etc. This app doesn’t show the new card at all. Also I have no demerit points on my license, but the app reports it cannot show points linked with a licence that has been suspended or cancelled. My license is neither of those. Obviously no one is updating or managing the validity of the information of this app. I’d give zero stars if I could. Doug.
