App crashes on boot every time
How have you not fixed the fact that the app crashes the first time I open it every day. Every day I open it, I’ll kill it, then reopen. I’m not the only one

App closes right after I log in to my job upon arriving to job. To see anything about the job I have to sit and wait for the app to restart and load everything all over again. Sometimes it does this while I’m trying to actually enter things into it This has been a behavior of this app for 7 years and I can’t be the only person noticing this obnoxious behavior of this app.
Can’t delete parts not needed for estimate (swiping left to delete doesn’t work anymore) can’t put zero for quantity please fix asap!
The app crashes all the time and it’s very glitchy
Every time I open the app it Force closes. iPhone XR iOS 15.
Either wasting my time updating app or checking device activation… spend hours a week just waiting for app to load…. Absolutely annoying….
The routing in or in with the app is kinda horrendous. And no way to move jobs up or down.
After latest update app constantly crashes, nearly unusable. As much as this company charges this needs to get fixed fast.
Constantly hangs up and requires a restart often leading to days before pictures are uploaded and an actual sync can take place. Trying to use this app every day on the job and then later at my desk to finalize paperwork has so frustrated me I often do not complete my work on time. The only real fix is to purge the database. Bit beware you could loose data from days past that was not synced
A good solid app that I have been using for 3 years now. That said, iOS 13 introduced dark mode and I love that. And at first the previous version of ServiceBridge worked with it. The display was still normal, but that was fine; I could use it. Now with the recent update the display is difficult to read and I have to switch out of dark mode to do any work in ServiceBridge. It’s a little bit of a hassle. It’s the only app on my phone, out of dozens, that I have to do that for. If ServiceBridge could just put it back how it was that would be great. Even better if they can get it to actually work in dark mode.
