The customer service team is unprofessional. I have two incidents; the first incident is that the customer service team called me literally at the hour of booking to tell me that they do not have a team available whereby i had planned my day according to the appointment. The other incident is when I booked, the customer service team called me 8pm (the time they close) to inform me that, AGAIN, they do not have a team available however I could not answer the call then, when I called back, the voicemail mentioned that the working hours are until 8pm so I cannot reach them anymore. Completely unprofessional service.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had a leakage and requested fir service same day, they booked me an appointment the second day at 5:30 pm although I requested for immediate service. I had to call back to change it, they offered me an appointment at 9am the next day after I fought with them. The team came and couldn’t fix the issue, I asked for a service report to send it to my developer, they said they will send it on the same day. No one came back to me till 7pm after I called them myself to fight with them, they said they cannot issue the report and there is nothing they can do now as they team left the office already and Friday is off… so I have to live with this leakage for another 3 days cause of coyotes no one will come on the weekend to inspect or fix. Ps: the leakage is serious I have water raining from my bathroom wall

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Service Market. They did not respect the booking time as the cleaner arrived an hour early without any prior notice, causing inconvenience. The cleaning itself was unacceptable – The floor wasn’t cleaned properly, and the cleaner didn’t even bother to mop under the table or around light items like luggage (which was empty and easy to move).. It was clear the cleaner did not know how to clean thoroughly or professionally. When I contacted their team to report the issue, they offered AED 35 credit for the next service, which I declined. All I wanted was for them to send another cleaner to redo the job, but they refused. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend Service Market to anyone looking for reliable and quality cleaning services

Hi beautiful people around the world.The App are not able to provide 80% of their services. if you book for the service you will got a call back after 10 minutes saying you should cancel and rebook do the technical issue .if you cancel and rebook they will apply the policy so they will detect 30% of the booking amount and they are keep going with the same method. The most non-trusted app.
