Desperately needs more updates
5 out of 10 uses this app crashes or stop loading pages forcing you to have to restart the app. Uploading pictures on network data is very spotty even in urban areas where 5g is readily available. Needs a reporting system for when app crashes so that developers can see realtime what’s going on. It feels like this app was created in a rush and not thought out completely. Unfortunately I’m forced to use whatever is available since my business is based on this software. It does have potential but needs to be worked on regularly to work out bugs. When these issues are worked out would love to give a 5 star review
Unstable
App was pretty stable up until a few updates ago. Wasn’t perfect and could have been better. Now you really need to close the app after every use; sometimes in the same session. Crashes all the time. Feels like it goes into an endless loop when trying to refresh data even on WiFi. Some fields that have data are blank in emails, line items, and service items.

Fix the bugs
There are so many bugs in this app. Crashes with maps, crashes when you load it, logs you out 5 times a day, schedule doesn’t show, clicking on a client it goes into forever load, loading pictures it crashes, try scheduling a customer is next to impossible b/c the UI is bad, and that just to name a few.
I don’t recommend this app.

Not mobile friendly, Not easy to use, Its expensive, Logs you out, Glitches Deletes appointments on its own Not worth the money
Mobile app is full of flaws
Their software has good intentions. Their desktop version is solid for the most part. Their mobile app has nice features but is full of bugs that they let linger. For instance, their text messaging feature in the mobile app is blank, you can’t see what you’re sending, but it’s there. It’s not reassuring to send messages this way. It’s been like this for at least a month. They keep promising to fix it with each new release. The release comes out and the problem are still there. With each new release, it brings a new set of problems. I wonder how much testing they do before they release it.
The people on the helpline, for the most part are very good. It’s the people they answer to that seem to be the problem. They don’t have a sense of urgency when it comes to fixing these issues.
I’m being forced by my franchiser to use this company. I would’ve put them in my rearview mirror if I had my own choice.
I hope they get their act together and soon.
Not Good
Mobile is poor when it comes to scheduling jobs via your phone. It glitches and requires you to log in constantly. The desktop version UI is poor and some of it does not make sense. Any additional features like emailing texting review request are all paid added extra features. ServiceMonster loves to nickel and dime you. I don’t recommend them.

Convenience with bugs
I like the convenience and flexibility of the program in general. But the bugs in the app make me keep looking for a better solution. I’ve tried reinstalling the app. Bugs exist on all iPhones I’ve had.
