most most of the time the app doesn’t work properly and for paying bills it doesn’t show submit button only cancel button is vissible.

My township forces to use this app/service. The whole app looks and feels like a project work of some mediocre collage student. Scattered menus, disorganised options, clumsy layouts, bad illegible fonts, multiple do nothing buttons that take to blank white pages. Only thing that works in payments and that the only reason I am forced not to delete this horrid app, because my township thinks this should be the only way to pay.

App is not working and not opening. App is crashing

The app is not ui friendly for iPhone SE and 7 versions, not able to swipe down to the confirm button in each complaint sections. Also the app is not rotating between portrait and landscape.

Looks like its developed by a naive developers. Loading time too much! It doesn’t even show if it is loading or there ain't any data.

No option to update profile information. No option to choose photos from gallery. No option to edit alternative numbers. Need lot of improvements.

The app is good and payment gateway is smooth. But sometime app crashes during load. You have to load it 3-4 time to get it open . Please fix it

Never get timely request, always hangs my phone

One of the best UI and easy to use app. For daily use services , it provides hassle free solution.
