This system slowed down my work for 2 additional days, very annoying
Every time when login in I have to reset the app to get a lock picture. Now it’s not working at all and can’t log in to the site.
Half the time it works, the other half it’s stuck searching for the ACU and refuses to connect. As you can imagine, only being able to access my sites half the time, it’s very frustrating. The only reason I’m back here in the App Store is so I can download the app again…. after I deleted it…. bc it isn’t working.
App never works properly with Iphones. Ive had several models over the years, multiple iOS updates, multiple SES updates. The app has literally never functioned properly. Apparently SES either doesnt care, or is not qualified to figure it out. If you have an iphone, save yourself a lot of time and headache and money, get an android as a secondary/dedicated SES device
Every time I have to open a door I have to reinstall the application between 3-5 times every day
This app was fine and now every time I try to log out it just gets stuck getting info or whatever it was just fine and it’s all the change. If it works don’t break it I always say… I think…?
Operations is loving this. We all maintain our updates from Apple and Google and SES even sends notices out in advance to notify all teams! Wow, with modern solutions for technology incoming, we are happy to not have keys to worry about! Or lost log books for site checkin’s.
I am Constantly having to call tech support only for them to tell me that it’s My connection that’s causing issues. Constantly deleting the app and re installing, only to have site techs be called out to open the lock and key. I’m standing underneath a cell tower, don’t know how much better the connection can possibly be. This app has given nothing but problems, and tech supports only option is to have you delete and reinstall the app. don’t see that as a viable solution for all troubleshooting. We’ve figured this technology out, where it doesn’t require tech support, emails to be sent, and the constant “middle man”ification. It’s called a lock and key.
2nd occasion I’m unable to enter a door because the app is having issues. Iv called before and the “fast team” was able to roll out a fix within a hour or so but still. I’m wasting time when I can’t enter a site.
This is the biggest joke of an app. Every time we try and use the app it always tells us to update. This is on a daily basis. So we basically have to update our app every day before we can even use it
