Looks really promising, and addresses my main issue with signal requiring a phone number, my only feature request would be to add 2FA in the future, ideally with a physical key. Also notifications seem somewhat laggy but that’s forgivable considering the relay system used to maintain privacy. Please keep up the good work, the more private apps we can use the better! Will add 2 stars if 2FA is ever implemented.

Thanks for your reply. I just had tried it. Okay, let me talk about this clearly. The scene is that both OPENED the call options, after that One called and the other one accepted the call. Then it shows the word <connecting>, but both of us can not REALLY connect. Waited for some seconds with the <connecting> status, the connection was automatically cut. No voice, no video stream. This is the whole thing what we happened on session, maybe later you developers would fix this problem. Guys - figure out landscape orientation for iPadOS … a lot of people use their iPad with keyboard folios, and trying to type while reading text vertically is damned irritating. I can understand not having it for phones, but on tablets, it’s a major usability hurdle.

No PFS or deniability. Otherwise it’s a great app for messaging
