After I started this workout I’m so much stronger
Disappearing achievements
Great workout app, really love it. I have however recently discovered a bug. If you complete a program (14 day challenge) in 14 days you’ll get two achievements both for completing a program, and for doing it in 14 days. The program called stretch is great, and as someone who likes to stretch every day the program is perfect. But the second i restarted the program, i lost both achievements.

Before I started with this app I couldn’t make more than 5 push ups on my 4 day of using this app for 7 minutes I can almost no problem make push ups👍🏻

Fed app at komme igang med træning på - og til at øge sit aktivitetsniveau med. Den motivere dagligt til at få trænet blot lidt, og langsomt hjælper den med at man får lyst til at bygge mere og mere på, via de motiverende muligheder den tilbyder. Den kan virkelig anbefales 💪
