Excellent app
Perfect app for lazy people. Being lazy myself, somehow I always stay motivated to only handle 7 minutes of the workout, and this is how the app helps me achieve my goals. Slowly but surely I am getting there. Thanks to the developers for such creative idea as well as implementing different approaches to keep users attracted. 5 out of 5!

Тренировки хорошие Хотелось бы графику по красивее, а еще лучше видео с живыми людьми. И если я пропустил одну тренировку, то хотелось бы чтобы оставшиеся тренировки на неделю скорректировались, т.е. убрали менее значимые или восстановительные (легкие).
