Best morning workout
Excellent tool for morning routine exercise. You can create custom workouts and also there is gamification, which helps to maintain your workout streak.

Easy to use, good training for every day. Just 7 min for a day and you will feel better.

Calories not couted correctly
Can I run workout on my iphone and have hearth rate readings recorded from my apple watch? Calorie expenditure significantly changes depending on what you use (iphone vs. Apple watch) where iphone gave me double for what AW gave me for the same time..
