土曜日に電話すると「月曜から土曜日まで営業しておりますので、かけ直してください」と言われる。最悪の情報が暗号化されていないWestern Unionとコラボしているし。最低。
Maganda nman sana to gamitin ,ilang years nadin akong nagppadala sa pinas gamit to ..kya lang pag domestic remittance subrang hassle yung nka log in knaman sa app.pero need pa ng approval request na subrang nkaka STRESS , na accept mo nman ung approval pero pagbalik mo sa transaction mo Nganga !! nag antay ka sa wala kaxe mag ee error na 😏😏..
To be clear, this isn’t a banking app. It’s a money transfer app. But if you want to access the 7 bank website in English, you’re required to have this even if you have no use for a money transfer app. If you want an actual banking app in English, you’re out of luck, because the Seven Bank app developers apparently don’t know how to add translations to an app.

1. Customer service is really poor. Appreciate the English assistance but wasting 40 mins for your problem to be understood every time is just not working 2. I make roughly 7M (9-5 job) annually and invest heavily in real estate and luxury cars. Badly in lack of cash sometimes because for foreigners in Japan, all investment purchases are done cash down. Applied for 400k loan I could have paid back in the next month and application was denied 5 mins after application. Didn’t even request bank statements etc. PS no debts, Golden AMEX card holder. I thought they were good but not worth it.
I dont like the new update especially when using online banking like why is it have to be redirecting to safari? feel unsafe 😐

Versões anteriores eram rápidas para abrir. Agora demora muito. Uso o App no iPhone e ao clicar no aplicativo SEVEN BANK demora muito para carregar e entrar na tela inicial. Não gostei dessa versão do aplicativo.
I have been using 7 Bank to remit money every month for 5 or more years so smoothly in just a few clicks on my phone in seconds! It was really convenient and helped me so much especially during a hectic schedule. Until, I had the chance to go to Seven Bank Office Nagoya Naka ku Branch to submit my My number Card. One of the staff there, I think the Head staff required me to go Online in my Account for her to be able to process the submission of my My Number Card. I have No Idea what went wrong but since then, like, “The very same day!” remittances seemed so difficult and time consuming that I have to just prefer to find, from time to time a 7-11 convenient store ATM machines to transfer money . I really hope that I can get guidance on how to go back where I can conveniently use my 7Bank online Banking. Thanks.
