Our positive emotions are created by six neurotransmitters in the brain.
When you experience, plan, or recall a good moment, those neurotransmitters are activated. In fact, when you re-live a moment, you feel the same positive emotions you experienced in the moment that created the memory.

Pay attention to moments when you feel good. Add a memory to Matter and rate the positive emotions you felt during this moment. Your emotion ratings are used to estimate the neurotransmitter levels in your brain. This data is translated into your Matter Score.
