Everything is great even when it’s not. The usp about this concept is the warm heart of the company, whether we speak the feel’n, fashion or fast delivery. Customer service is great and like speaking to a friend. The one or two enjoying things is that the stock is low and sale is almost never happening- but that’s perhaps because they sell all any way! :) good for them
There are three things that are super annoying with this app and prevents me from ordering: 1) All descriptions are in French and I can’t change it to English anywhere in the app 2) There are no pictures of the clothes in full without being on a sitting/moving/cropped model, ie impossible sometimes to guess how the back looks like since the piece is often not shown from all angles 3) The size recommendations… it’s sometimes in French sizes and sometimes in either US/UK when you add to basket and since it’s not explicitly written you have to guess.
J’adore comme vous présentez les habilles, mais il est difficile de se guider qu niveau des tailles. Je voulais acheter une paire de sneakers, mais je ne connaissais pas ma taille dans vos indications. Dommage.
L appli est très fluide et l’ergonomie est top!

Je préfère particulièrement acheter via le site en ligne que via l’app. Il y a des bugs et le cadeau n’a pas été rajouté à mon achat via l’app, j’avais pourtant eu le message comme quoi j’aurais un petit foulard en cadeau suite à mon premier achat avec l’appli.
Ce serait chouette de retrouver les articles dans son panier d’une fois sur l’autre, même s’il est proposé de revérifier la disponibilité des articles avant de le charger
3 essais j espère que celle ci ira jusqu’au bout .
Bonne application mais de nombreux bugs… le concept de ne pas pouvoir conserver des articles dans son panier et les valider plus tard est vraiment dommage (je passe une heure à sélectionner des pièces, je n’ai pas ma CB sur moi donc je ferme l’application pour payer plus tard et le panier se vide automatiquement ! Grosse perte de temps !)
