either there are no bikes, or the bikes are just broken. top up ten dollar and wasted my money. the $10 just sitting in my account and i can’t withdraw it.

Dishonest App making dishonest living

This is an app which keeps stealing money with its auto renewal subscription even after deleting the app! Must avoid!

I fell for their deceptive subscription plan. it dawned on me that their biz model is literally to scam people: 1) get lousy bikes and don't maintain 2) offer the cheapest bike payment plan 3) make the app UI card payment deceptive 4) $$$

Renaming the past reviews of this app prompted me to write this review too. I have only ever used they service once two years ago. I signed up an account simply to assist their service without realising that by default the app activated a monthly auto top up. Recently, to my horror, I realised I have been paying 11.90 for auto top up for the past 2 years. I think this is really very unethical. For people like me who only want to sign up to use it occasionally for leisure now felt like I am being scam to pay extra for the service we didn’t use. I am very disappointed that even after 2 years, no change has been make. I hope SGbike will refund the money they have wrongly deducted from my account through “legit” means.

I have deleted the app and stopped using their service. Yet they still deduct money from my account. There is no way for you to remove your card details. Disappointed with their service !

Want to off my subscription, cannot even off it! I keep trying to off it but it keeps loading on my screen! What a scam of an app!

I applied for the free trial and subsequently they just kept deducting money from my card monthly. They didn’t send me any notifications, emails or receipts so I only realised when I checked my bank statement after several months. $11.90 a month is a lot to pay for nothing. And worst part is when I tried to log in to my account to stop the subscription, it keeps saying ‘Login error’ or ‘Get code error’. Emailed them but they are taking their own sweet time to reply and there is no one answering the customer service hotline.
