I can not even start to register. It kept reporting my password does not much up! I gave up doing it after 5-6 times.

Whenever I tried to login, it does not find my user. I was confused at first, but then I realised that the power of this app is too much for me to comprehend, making me so u worthy that the app cannot find my user. Thus, the app is more powerful than Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk.

There’s an issue signing up new users via the app. I’m unable to login after having account activated. It kept giving a “Server error -1” message. To know that this is a mobile app coming from our SG government, that’s very disappointing with such poor quality control. Also noted that the app was last updated 9 months ago? Really? Please do not publish an app if you have no intention of maintaining it.

Have not been able to open the app at all for a few months. Please fix.

After registering, you have to go through the app tutorial and the button to dismiss the guide is covered by the main screen, thereby not allowing me to use the app.

It’s disappointing to keep not being able to be logged in, citing system error. Especially there’s so much potential in it in the learning of science and the environment around us. Pls look into this!

App looks promising in App Store but unable to login.

Still crashing even after the update on 14 Feb 2017, please fix it

This app just keep crushing. I have to constantly re-install. Given an option i will not use it at all
