Shabab Al Freej

We placed an order for Indian goat and requested to cut into smaller sizes and asked for a specific piece. They didn’t deliver as per our specifications. We followed up for 2 days. They kept saying they will come at so and so time. But no one showed up. Wasted our whole 2 days waiting for them. We are now forced to donate the meat we received. The only upside was the packaging was good.

Recieved alhamdulillah Eid sacrificed meat but the quantity and some parts were missing as we ordered to cut in eight parts but received cut into small small parts and some of it was missing

The best meat in market

Very bad service it’s my first and last time with shabab al freej i have even complaint in dubai police smart service. What happen was i have ordered 2 goats 12 days before eid and they promised us on first day 2 pm of eid day but they have done a very bad service I received the goats next day and they didn’t even notify us that they will delay and the whole day they didn’t answer our calls i called them 200-300 times. Literally very bad service i will advice all of you not to order from shabab al freej

They’re not answering, slow service… to avoid absolutely

لي تجربة وحيدة معاهم في اول ايام العيد. طلبت التوصيل يكون في اول ايام العيد الصباح و تم التأكيد معاهم اكتر من مرة. للاسف لحدي تاني يوم في العيد الظهر ما وصلت الاضحية. البرنامج سهل الاستخدام و سريع في تأكيد الطلب.

بصراحة الاسعار جداً مبالغ فيها ، يجب مراعاة السعر الذي يخدم الجميع ضع رسوم توصيل ولكن لا ترفع السعر هكذا

The app is not working for me. It has some bug because whenever i open it , it closes by itself.
