Have been trying for 3 days to reach them, regarding my order, got no response. Avoid such apps

The app is never updated. This is the third time I asked them about an offer they showed on the first page of the app and they told me that it’s an old offer and the app is not updated. Log out, re-login for latest app. Funny I have never been able to utilise any offer until now & btw I’m a very regular buyer. Wondering if it’s time to switch.

Logs out Everytime i exit the application and can't reorder my previous order, cart get empty
