This app takes your money and then does not unlock the play or plays. I’ve lost almost $30!! Costumer service is non responsive!! RIP OFF!!!
The app will not send me a confirmation code in order to get a free book. I have tried both of my emails multiple times and still nothing in either in boxes.
I purchased some guided and plays, but they are still locked! No way to view them. No support phone or contact. Total rip-off! Do not buy anything from this app!!!
I love this app and it’s given me a new perspective on Shakespeare, it feels like I’m learning a new language. I did update my phone and had issues but quickly emailed them and the developer was able to help me set up my past purchases. It sounds like it’s one guy working on it, so I’ll give him some slack.
Great!
I purchased an ePub book version but never received it. I went online and to the app to search for support options but didn’t find any. The app seems buggy
I tried to get the free version of Romeo and Juliet and it has you type your emails for a confirmation code but it never sent it! 😤
I paid for Romeo and Juliet study guide and tried to open it and the app crashed. Then I went back in to try again and it wants to charge me again. That happened three times. So I’m going elsewhere. :(
I used Swipespeare for 3 years in my classroom and loved it! This year, Romeo and Juliet isn’t free unless I submit an email, which I did. That email is supposed to send me a verification code to enter, but it doesn’t. It includes a link. That link does nothing to help me access a free play. It has to be more user friendly than this, especially with students trying to navigate a new app quickly.
