I’ve been using the Shakey’s app to order and it has worked so well. No complaints here!

Birthday treat is a scam!

App is not working for how many months now. Whenever we try to place order then select the time: NOW or LATER, it says Time not available. This has been going on since last year! Super frustrating!!!

Cannot access to Log In via Facebook nor Create a new Account.

when logging in, it doesnt log in and remains on loading

App is really nice. However, I was only able to order once using my new phone. The app keeps crashing every time I open it. Not sure what it means by “for security reasons, app can’t be opened on a proxied device”. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but same error.

Uninstalled the app after my worst experience ordering online from any restaurant. The Store just canceled my order trying to put the blame on me saying that I could not be contacted to confirm my order even though I was holding my phone, waiting for their call. Called Customer Service, no resolution was given. Never Again.
