היה חוויה מעולה ממש. רכב נקי ובמצב מעולה, אפשרות נוחה לשמירה, מחיר סביר והכל באמת בצורה ברורה ופשוטה לשימוש. ממליץ!

שירות גרוע ואפליקציה גרועה. עדכון בעקבות התגובה: הכל גרוע. אי אפשר לעשות כלום בלי להכניס צילום של רישיון נהיגה משני הצדדים וכרטיס אשראי. אפילו לא לחפש רכבים. ברגע שהתחרטתי ולא רציתי להמשיך להכניס פרטים האפליקציה נתקעה לנצח באותו המסך. בפנייה לשירות לקוחות לא עזרו לי אלא ביקשו לשלוח להם במייל את הפרטים המזהים (צילום תעודת זהות הפעם). פשוט לא רציני…

The con is that you will need to return the car to the same spot you picked it up from I would definitely rent again Thanks for the easy service. I would recommend improving the driver license scanning - sometime takes time to get it work

אז ככה לקחתי רכב שיתופי קיבלתי את הרכב עם קצת יותר מחצי אני לתמימותי החזרתי דלק מלא!!!! ולא קיבלתי זיכוי הוגן לא מומלץ להתנהל מול שירות וההנהלה שלהם כי לא מעניין אותם הם דפדפו אותי והתנערו מהאחריות יצא ששילמתי 100 שח יותר תזהרו!!

After the change of daily rental to hourly across all Israel, there's no point using this product that will cost you x8 than renting a car. Also there's no option to see how much you will pay before renting.

פשוט מושלם

I have tried using this app both in Hebrew and English, but am unable to sign up since when I am asked to scan my drivers license, it doesn’t seem to read anything. It is confusing because in Israel a drivers license is a paper document, not a card, but the camera shows a small shape card that the license should be scanned in. I’ve tried scanning the paper document and my teudat zeheut and neither works. Please help!!
