Ilang beses na kami nag aantay ng code. Walang dumadating. Walang kwenta ang customer service #Scam

Ninakaw niya lang yung load ko. Ni piso walang dumating...

Reached out their Facebook page to ask for support. Asked me that my mobile number was not associated with my account. I told them that I use my Facebook account along with the email for login (Facebook is the only login method the app has), they replied that I should try making a purchase(what?). How can I make a purchase if I cannot login. I emailed their support, got a reply a few days later telling me my account is not blocked. I gave up. Not using this app anymore. Terrible customer service

Can you please fix your system?I can’t use it, it’s always under system maintainance, when will you fix this system?please😞

wag nyo iddownload to, sayang pera nyo bglang maglalaho, after nyo ireklamo sa support group nila need nyo pa mag antay ng 1week para maresolved ang issue sa kakarampot na halaga. waste of time and money.

I recommend this apps coz in-apps, email or messenger., they will attend to your issues , you are sure you as a customer is important to them.
