Since I am based in Japan, my Shareworks account is managed by MUTB. Although the system appear to both be interchangeable and developed by Solium, I am unable to use this app with my Shareworks account as it does not support my login. There is no other App option available.

The app says “enter username, password, or account number” to login. Account number isn’t actually implemented as an option

Login no longer works on App, only on website. Been broken for several months now.

My company requires SSO/SAML, and therefore I can only access via the website. Please add support for SSO/SAML login on the app. It is useless without this support as I’m unable to log in.

I am able to sign in from desktop and safari but same credentials never work on app. Gives very cryptic Error code 500

This app has not work in the past two years . Just use the online web page. Shaking my head.

Fix it!

Was gifted stocks by the company I work for. After a few weeks of the app working, it no longer allows me to login. “Response status code was unacceptable: 500” is the error code I get. I called Morgan Stanley for IT support and they were ZERO help. Fix your app, Shareworks.
