SharpFox

Since I have my portable printer, I have not run into any problems whatsoever. I enjoy the fact that I could take it just about anywhere and print out any documents that’s needed. This is truly the best investment I have made in a long time.

Cannot import files, and sticker/label printing is almost useless. Way too much finagling to try to get a simple print done.

App shuts down after every. Single. Page. That I try to print. So I have to reopen, reconnect, and figure out the next page I need to print and repeat the whole process again. Bought this printer to save me time and it’s pointless

Like any new product. The app was a bit confusing. But take your time read all directions. I use an I-phone so connecting was easy. And now I can print anything in less then a minute. I has made my job easier, do to the traveling I do.

None of the documents I need to print out will load, it’s been refreshing all night, removed the app, restarted the app, restarted the phone, still won’t work

I have a 3rd party app that creates a pdf however when I print through SharpFox the annotations don’t come through. Looking for an alternative.

I cannot print documents from my laptop or my ipad because of this horrible app. On the IPAD, it will not allow me to log in. It keeps directing me to read and agree to the agreement, but it does not show the agreement!!!. On the laptop, the app is not in Microsoft store, so I had to download an emulator to get the app but it still will not Bluetooth to the printer. Do not buy the printer for this app as it will not work without the app.

At first it was a little complicated to connect to it since i couldnt do it on my laptop. But i was able to connect it to my ipad. It took a while but i figured out how to use it. Make sure you turn on ur printer first and it should have a blue light on then open the app and turn ur bluetooth on while staying on the app then connect printer :) hope this helps

So for those who are having difficulty with the importing of files to print, here’s the easiest way I can explain it. First, I’m assuming you were able to download the app, connect the printer via Bluetooth, and installed the included driver from the USB drive or the website. I’m using an IPhone 14 just for reference. 1) select the document you want to import and save it to your files folder. 2) go into the files folder and select the document 3) choose the SharpFox app to open the document (this is what will actually import the file in order to print) 4) the file will be listed in the file list on the app and now you can select the file to begin printing 5) select the different options that you would like to apply for your print job (quality, orientation, etc.) 6) finally select print document to start the printing process I understand the instructions that came with the printer are horrendous but once you figure out the process, the printer works as intended. I’m very happy that I’m going to have printer capabilities on the road. It’s going to save me a lot of time and energy to print documents on the fly instead of having to track down a location to print from. I hope these directions are somewhat helpful in getting your printer up and running.
