Shaw Go Gateway

App says I don’t have a gateway account but I definitely do.

This app used to work great but stopped working recently. It signs in and gets stuck on the “loading guide” screen and doesn’t load. I tried restarting my iPhone. I tried signing out and signing back in. I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing has worked. Terrible timing during the Stanley Cup final when I want to set recordings from work.

Says I don’t have a gateway associated with this account. Every review comment reply says to contact support. Don’t provide a solution to save us time!!!! Take this thing off line until it actually works.

Says my account doesn’t have a gateway but it definitely does and I don’t have any other Shaw ID. So disappointing - why can’t I just record from the blue curve app directly?? I shouldn’t need another app for just that feature.

Can’t get the app to load on my iPhone anymore. iPhone is running the latest iOS with the most recent update installed (as of 15 April 2023). I’ve tried logging out of my Shaw account on the app and logging back in. I’ve also tried removing and reinstalling the app. Both times, after logging back in to my Shaw account in the app, the screen just has the spinning circle of death and nothing happens. Not sure what the “updates” did over the last month or so, but now the app doesn’t work.

I can’t believe that Shaw would alienate all their iPad users by updating an app so it will no longer work. What’s wrong with you guys, I called customer support and they said it works on your phone so quit complaining. I prefer the bigger screen of an iPad.

I just traded my iPad Pro 5th Gen for the 6th Gen and now it won’t even load the data. IOS 16.3.1

Simply doesn’t work on iPad, have rebooted hardware, have deleted and reinstalled app, and will still not connect. Completely useless seriously considering alternative service provider.

App quit working, deleted and reinstalled and does not work at all. Don’t know what you did but undo it! If I hadn’t agreed to your two year contract I would be seriously considering switching to someone else.

No longer is working on iPads correctly. Will not finish retrieving settings on an M1 iPad Air, took over an hour to display the guide on my other iPad, and both iPads get hot when running the App. Bad code.
